Internal Investigation of a Chinese Subsidiary
Jointly with a Chinese law firm, Kitahama Partners served as an assistant on the internal investigation committee of a Chinese subsidiary of a Japanese listed company in a case in which fraudulent acts were suspected to have been committed.
The Kitahama Partners team which handled the case was led by partners Yoshihiro Hara and Shintaro Hino, and was supported by Kosuke Ikeno, and Isaka Takeda.
