ICC Arbitration Case in Tokyo
Kitahama Partners represented a foreign company in a case in which it filed an arbitration claim in Tokyo against a Japanese company on the grounds that the Japanese company had defaulted on its contractual obligations under an agreement for the sale of plant facilities and equipment to our client.
The Kitahama Partners team which handled the case was led by partners Miyako Ikuta and Shintaro Hino, and was supported by Kosuke Ikeno.
