Kitahama Partners provided legal advice to Tokushukai Medical Corporation in connection with the construction and donation of a new hospital in Jakarta (“Harapan Kita-Tokushukai Cardiovascular Center”) worth approximately JPY 10 billion, which was built in cooperation with the National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita of Indonesia.
