Kiyotaka Tajima specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters and international legal affairs. After graduating from an American law school, Mr. Tajima was seconded to the largest law firm in India for approximately one year, and thereafter, he worked in the Ho Chi Minh office of his then employer, a leading Japanese law firm, for approximately three years. Since coming back to Japan, Mr. Tajima has handled a wide range of domestic and international cases involving many countries, regions, and industries.
In recent times, Japanese companies of all sizes and industries have been actively engaged in global business activities. Mr. Tajima realizes that such companies have come to urgently ask attorneys for seamless assistance with their business activities inside and outside of Japan.
