Since joining the firm, Terumasa Kato has experienced a wide range of cases, including litigation and negotiations, mergers and acquisitions involving small, medium and listed companies, bankruptcy and business restructuring, and drafting and reviewing other contracts.  In addition, through secondment to private companies, Mr. Kato gained practical experience helping to resolve legal issues encountered by businesses as they arise.  As a result, Mr. Kato strives to provide appropriate and prompt answers to clients with a multifaceted mindset that is not limited to a single area of law or matter of concern. 

In addition, Mr. Kato places great importance on communication with clients in the course of his work.  It is not uncommon for clients to have concerns that cause daily anxiety. Mr. Kato believes it is most important to communicate closely with clients to provide a sense of security and satisfaction, not only in the outcome, but throughout the entire process until the matters is resolved.
