Together with Japanese attorneys, Yasen Huang has been involved in various matters in Taiwan and other regions and countries in Greater China. In particular, Mr. Huang is deeply experienced in supporting tech companies through his experience handling legal affairs in the field of technology (Blockchain, AI, SaaS, Metaverse, etc.), personal information protection law, fundraising for venture companies, and investment contracts for Private Equity/Venture Capital funds. Mr. Huang has also worked in a law firm in Taiwan and Web3 companies of Singapore and the US.  Based on his understanding of different languages and corporate cultures obtained through such experience, he is committed to meeting and going beyond the expectations of clients.
