Yasuhiro Anan is well versed in handling general corporate legal affairs, but primarily specializes in IPO and M&A matters, and providing guidance on general shareholders’ meetings, etc.  In particular, with regard to IPO matters, Mr. Anan draws on his experience of being seconded to the IPO department of a leading securities firm to provide practical responses based on the practical aspects of preparing IPOs, such as internal controls for regulatory due diligence, securities and exchange examinations, support for the establishment of corporate governance, and providing advice and preparing opinion letters on the establishment of a legal compliance system. He also handles M&A matters in a wide range from legal due diligence to the preparation and review of various types of supporting documents.

In addition, as an attorney handling corporate legal affairs in the financial hub of the Kyushu region, Mr. Anan is qualified as a Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant to support clients in their respective business fields as well, and therefore, he is able to respond to a wide range of corporate needs that are not limited to legal matters.
