Restitution for Unjust Enrichment on the Grounds of Conflict-of-Interest Transactions concerning a Management Dispute between Family Companies
With regard to a management dispute between family companies, Kitahama Partners pursued the liability for long-standing conflicts of interest over many years, and acted as the representative in a lawsuit for claiming restitution for unjust enrichment.
