Investigation by the Third-party Committee into IR Japan Holdings, Ltd.
Kitahama Partners conducted an investigation as one of the commissioners comprising the Third-party Committee in a case involving the issue that IR Japan Holdings, Ltd. unreasonably harmed the interests and trust of its customers.
