Overview

Takanori Nakajima’s experience includes helping clients with a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate and commercial agreements, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations.
At the same time, he has also handled a number of cases related to dispute resolution with both business and individuals, criminal matters including white-collar crime and internal investigations, and juvenile cases. Despite the wide variety of roles demanded for attorneys to play based upon the diverse circumstances faced by their clients, Mr. Nakajima makes it his policy to carefully and sincerely consider the client’s needs in every case he handles, while also being aware that the actions of an attorney can have a significant impact on clients’ lives. Mr. Nakajima believes that it is the attorney’s mission to enhance the societal effects of legal matters by taking a broad view of the relevant cases and handling them in a creative and innovative manner.
