The Privatization of SAKAI OVEX CO., LTD. through an MBO
With regard to the management buyout (MBO) of SAKAI OVEX CO., LTD., a company which had been listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Kitahama Partners provided legal advice to a corporation established by the representative director of SAKAI OVEX CO., LTD. (the tender offeror), and supported a series of procedures related to tender offers and the MBO.
