Yasuhiro Anan is an attorney working in our firm’s Fukuoka Office, where he primarily handles general corporate legal affairs. In particular, he has experience with M&A matters, guidance on general shareholders’ meetings, assisting with IPO’s, general consultation relating to corporate reorganization, and matters relating to defenses against hostile takeovers. Based upon his  experience of serving as a member of the Compliance Committee of a Japanese national university, he has been providing a wide range of advice to clients relating to compliance. In addition, because Mr. Anan has been practicing in Fukuoka where the ability to respond to a wide variety of legal matters is required, he has extensive experience in handling a wide range of legal matters in addition to the foregoing.
