Legal Reorganization and Share Transfer concerning a Chinese Subsidiary
Kitahama Partners filed a local petition for the legal reorganization of a Chinese subsidiary whose relationship with the local management had deteriorated, and provided legal advice to transfer its equity interest to a third party.
