Seiwa Fujiwara specializes in digital and technology law practice. At the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan, where he served as a Deputy Counsellor for International Affairs , he was dealt with the promotion of regulatory cooperation with numerous foreign governments and data protection and privacy authorities in addressing issues relating the personal data and AI, including through the Roundtable of the G7 Data Protection and Privacy Authorities, the Hiroshima AI Process, and the G7 Digital and Tech Ministers’ Meeting, as well as consideration for the establishment of the Japanese Model Contractual Clauses.
