International Arbitration in Singapore
Kitahama Partners acted as the counsel for a Japanese company in a case in which it filed an arbitration claim in Singapore against a non-Japanese parent company in connection with the transfer of the shares of its Southeast Asian subsidiary to the Japanese company, alleging that the transferor had breached contractual representations and warranties.
